About

Jörg Rupf started St. George in 1982 in a former naval hangar on Alameda Island — making it the oldest continuously operating craft distillery in the United States. Legendary for their Baller and Single Malt whiskeys, Terroir and Botanivore gins, and a huge range of eaux de vie. The tour covers the 65,000 sq ft hangar, fermenters, and four still rooms, and ends at a tasting bar overlooking San Francisco Bay.
