Listings
Describe what a listing is, who can submit one, your editorial rights (approve, edit, remove), and operator representations about accuracy.
Payments and renewals
State the annual subscription price, renewal terms, refund policy, and Stripe as the payment processor.
Content ownership and license
Describe the license operators grant you to display their content, and your license to any user-generated content (reviews, etc.).
Prohibited conduct
List prohibited uses of the site — scraping, spam, impersonation, misrepresentation of an operator.
Disclaimers and liability
Include the standard disclaimers of warranty and limits of liability appropriate to your jurisdiction.
Governing law
State which jurisdiction's law applies.
